Wheelock Properties’ ongoing commitment to bringing positive impact to environment was recognized by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Hong Kong Branch). In collaboration with the Housing Bureau, Lok Sin Tong, and Wheelock Properties, the transitional housing project "Lok Sin Village" was distinguished with a "Highly Commended" recognition in the Environmental Impact Award category, highlighting Wheelock Properties' steadfast dedication to advancing green building practices and biodiversity conservation.

The transitional housing project "Lok Sin Village" demonstrated seamless collaboration among the government, private sector, and the community. Together, they work to provide temporary homes for families in need and create long-term value for society.
