Wheelock Properties awarded "Corporate Social Responsibility Project of the Year" from RICS Awards 2024
October 2024 - Wheelock Properties’ ongoing commitment to the community was recognized by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Hong Kong). In collaboration with the Housing Bureau, Lok Sin Tong, and Wheelock Properties, the transitional housing project "Lok Sin Village" has been awarded the "Corporate Social Responsibility Project of the Year".
The project demonstrated seamless collaboration among the government, private sector, and the community, working collectively to provide temporary residences for families in need and create long-term value for society.
The RICS Hong Kong Awards hold high prestige within the property and construction sector, aimed at recognizing the professional standards and remarkable achievements demonstrated by the industry in fields such as architecture, surveying, and societal contributions.
