Founded in 1857, Wheelock and Company Limited is a listed investment holding company headquartered in Hong Kong. Its principal subsidiary, The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (SEHK: 0004), is a premier company with over HK$120 billion of consolidated assets and a strategic focus on property and infrastructure in Hong Kong and China. Meanwhile Wheelock Properties Limited (SEHK: 0049), the property arm as well as another listed subsidiary of Wheelock and Company, has participated in a number of mega development projects including Bellagio, Sorrento and Parc Palais.
